Chisholm Trail Ranger Regiment Payment and Refund Policy

Ranger Regiment - New and Returning Members

The base cost to participate in the Ranger Regiment Band for 2024-2025 is $835.00. This fee helps pay for all marching band and competition related expenses including: show design, instructional staff throughout the season and summer band camp.
Please note the actual cost of this program is heavily subsidized by the Band Boosters through fundraising. We need 100% participation in order to keep our fees at a minimum.


Total Fees:
  • Returning Band Student (Wind player with their own instrument): $835
  • Returning Band Student (Wind player with school-owned instrument): $885
  • New Band Student (Wind player with their own instrument): $1040
  • New Band Student (Wind player with school-owned instrument): $1090
  • Returning Color Guard Student: $985
  • New Color Guard Student: $1190
  • Returning Percussion Student: $1185 + Indoor Drumline Fees
  • New Percussion Student: $1390 + Indoor Drumline Fees

Band

Returning students pay the $835 band fee plus an additional $50 if they use a school-owned instrument. New students pay the $835 band fee and an additional $205 for required uniform items plus an additional $50 if they use a school-owned instrument.

Color Guard

All color guard students pay the $835 band fee with an additional program fee of $150. New color guard students have an additional $205 for required uniform items

Percussion

All percussion students pay the $835 band fee. In addition to the band fees, percussion students have a $350 fall percussion fee, $TBD indoor percussion fee, and $500 Houston trip fee. New percussion students pay an additional $205 for required uniform items.

Discounts

If you have multiple students in the Ranger Regiment, a $25 discount will apply to each student.

Due Dates and Refund Policy - Band

All band fees must be paid by October 1, 2024 unless other arrangements are made with the treasurer at CTRRBBtreasurer@gmail.com. A $50 late fee will be charged if balance is not paid in full by November 1, 2024. A $25 fee will be charged for returned payments.

Please note that the deposit of $200 paid at registration and the cost of merchandise is non-refundable.
  • After July 31, 2024, 50% of fees are non-refundable plus any merchandise received.
  • After August 9, 2024, 75% of fees are non-refundable plus any merchandise received.
  • No refunds will be issued after the first day of school.
